INGREDIENTS:
3 cups orzo pasta 16 cups boiling water 1 teaspoon salt 3 large cucumbers - peeled, seeded and diced 1 & 1/2 cup diced red onions 4 stalks diced celery 1/2 cup red wine vinegar 1/2 cup sugar 1 & 1/2 cup mayonnaise 2 tablespoons lemon juice 1 teaspoon onion salt 1 teaspoon black pepper 1 teaspoon dill weed
DIRECTIONS:
1. Add pasta to boiling, salted water and cook to package directions.
2. Drain pasta and rinse in cold water.
3. Combine remaining ingredients with pasta and refrigerate until service.
